Delivery within UAE
Hayati Collections is in partnership with our courier company and wants to make sure that our customers are happy. We are strongly committed to delivering within the time frame given.
All our domestic clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched. Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Team to confirm the order. If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically cancelled after 3 days (only applicable to purchases made through Cash on Delivery method). Once the order is verified, it will be delivered to you within 3-4 working days. We offer free delivery on orders above AED. 200 within UAE.
If you wish to change the address before the shipping process, our team will be happy to assist you. If you receive a confirmation that your order has been dispatched, please note that any request to change the shipping address will no longer be accepted.
International orders
International orders are routed through a Courier company. All our international clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.
International clients shall also receive a notification of shipment via email. The customer shall bear any additional charges for custom clearance or any other variation in price beyond our control.
